Allow users to Lift an area, perhaps their neighborhood. Then, any Lifts made by another user in that area would be matched with funds from their Lift.

Lets say John purchases a $500 Lift for his neighborhood’s Eat fund. He specifies that he will match 100% of any Lifts purchased for someone’s Eat fund in his neighborhood.

The next day, Marsha buys a $5 Lift for Ryan’s Eat fund in John’s neighborhood.

$5 of John’s Lift is matched with Marsha’s $5 and $10 is added to Ryan’s Eat fund.
